I have been enjoying Pilates with Carina for around 16 years, this in itself is testament to the kind of teacher she is. She has a great knowledge of her subject and classes are well structured and fun. She also has a wide range of equipment which she incorporates into her classes. I would thoroughly recommend Carina and cannot imagine doing Pilates anywhere else!
Carina's studio is beautiful and she has a broad range of equipment so that beginners and experienced alike can find each class a supported and suitable challenge. I have done matwork, reformer and tower classes and more in small groups and on a one-to-one and she has converted me to the wonders of pilates. Carina provides expert professional tuition in a friendly and warm studio, with parking. A lovely experience with serious results.
Excellent tuition from one of three instructors. My posture and back problems are hugely improved. The studio is warm, well equippped and clean. I go twice a week: instructive, fun and focused.
I highly recommend Posture Perfect Pilates primarily because of the quality of the classes - the tremendous knowledge and experience of Carina and Jean. Both the mat and reformer classes are excellent and I wish I had time to do both. The classes are small so there is considerable individual attention and you couldn't wish for a more lovely setting. Very friendly and also fun.
I can't recommend Posture Perfect Pilates highly enough!There are a great range of mat and reformer Pilates classes available at all levels, based in a beautifully equipped private studio. The classes are kept low in numbers so that the excellent teachers are able to ensure everyone works with the correct technique and achieves to the best of their ability. Any injuries are taken into account, with adaptations or alternatives suggested by the teachers. Carina Bayley has developed a wonderful environment in which to practise Pilates. I have always thoroughly enjoyed my classes with her and have made some wonderful friends in the process!
