Really gone downhill, so much so I cancelled my gym membership. The gym is not as clean as it should be and some of the equipment needs replacing. The changing rooms stink. The pool is not great either. The personal trainers are nice though.
Always a good time at the softplay, never too crowded.
Dreadful experience. Told us our child was not allowed to continue with her class as paperwork not filled in, despite us signing it -they claimed we never had though we had actually physically Signed in from of them ! We gave up continuing as it was so disorganised and didnt not feel confident in their devices . Kept demanding money for classes she was not in for months. Found out they had been taking money anyway, as they had a direct debit after all, despite pretending they didnt. They took nearly 100 from our family and will not return it
It's good, and the staff look after the customers well.
