She was always easy to communicate with, and although we were buying through them , as opposed to selling, she treated us very fairly and did a great job of keeping all parties as happy as possible in trying circumstances.

Having dealt with a number of estate agents during our property search Surrey Estates really stood out in providing not only honest unvarnished views (not always a given when dealing with an estate agent trying to sell a house!) as well as professional service and preparedness (again, Luke personally attended all our viewings, and was able to address in detail all our concerns and queries, whereas other agents provided either very junior staff or other unable to answer any queries on the day). When we decided to let our house we initially went with another very well know property lettings agency as well as Surrey Estates. Well, there was no comparison. Viewings were almost on a daily basis from Surrey Estates, with comprehensive updates and feedback. Proactive doesnt say enough about Lukes team.
