Your experience depends on who you see. Some doctors are just plain rude and some are awesome. The receptionist is what you would expect :-(

An appointment system that is geared up to put you off from going. Receptionists who triage callers by finding out what times are impossible to make and then keep offering only those until you give up - which seems to please them no end.Best advice is use the online booking system and bypass the reception staff who try to push you to seeing a nurse rather than a doctor.
Friendly staff and modern building. Good luck trying to get an appointment or anyone to answer the phone.
